thanks.I heard tht while applying sunscreen/moisturizer on oily skin, skin should be lil wet (wth water).is tht true?
If the directions don't say that you need to wet your skin, then no need.

The only reason to use water would be to dilute the lotion (you don't want to dilute sunscreen-it will also dilute the spf in it).

The reason some leave their face wet before applying moisturizer would be to seal the water in as much as possible. The water will still dehydrate, just not as fast.

You shouldn't have to worry about it if you have oily skin which means you already have enough moisture.I heard tht while applying sunscreen/moisturizer on oily skin, skin should be lil wet (wth water).is tht true?
That's a good idea- so you dilute a bit of the cream- I used to do that...

I also used to use neutrogena to treat skin...but now I use Cetaphil and Alpha Keri- they work excellently, especially as they were extremely sensitive and have suitable creams for each skin type ^.^
I don't think so.Because even though your skin is wet or not,at least it still absorb your skin.
