How to reduce oily skin?

I am an Arbonne skincare consultant. You will really appreciate these products if you give them a chance. All of our products are hypoallergenic, dermotologist tested, organic offerings, no animal testing, no animal by-products, botanically based (plant based) all natural products. Our modo is Pure/Safe/Beneficial. We are very popular for our anti-aging sets. We have seen them work wonders and change many people's lives. The acne line is awsome. I use them myself. I battled acne all my life and I've tried it all from the at home natural remedies to the proactiv to the dermotologist. Nothing worked for me until I was introduced to arbonne. Please take a look for yourself and discover what Arbonne can do for you too. Go to arbonne.com enter consultant ID#16329378. Use an oil controlling astrigent and lotion. How to reduce oily skin?
I use proactiv %26amp; i also use cover girl fresh wear make up (translucent powder). That works for me assumin u a girl
use an astringant. [rubbing alcohol works too] use it as needed and wash your face regularly. get a face wash that is for oily skin tho. [:
wash it
I had terribly oily skin for years. A course of Accutane cleared it up entirely, but, if you're looking for a less drastic solution, I recommend using Neutrogena Advanced Solutions Complete Acne Therapy System (around $20 at walmart-- read about it at http://www.neutrogena.com/ProductsDetail鈥?/a> The overnight cream dried up the oil on my face fantastically!!
Drink lots of water (at least 8 - 8 oz. glasses of it a day. non-flavored, non-sweetened. Just plain, pure, clean water) Also find an oil controlling cleansing system that incorporates 1) a foaming cleanser that is gentle 2) a oil controlling toner with very little alcohol in it (too much will actually overdry the skin, and then in turn promote the production of more sebum - oil - in your skin, causing a literal ';oil slick'; on your face. Nasty!) and 3) an oil controlling moisturizer. Utilize the system 2 times per day. But again, pump up your intake of water! This is the most important!
i dont think there is anyway to reduce oily skin. i have it too dont worry
wash it
Alcohol 2 x Day ...cleans %26amp; drys up oil.... Thanks %26lt;:3 }~
with out making a trip to a dermatologist, try a face wash in the morning with benzoyl peroxide. clean and clear has one and so does nutragena. i like the nutragena version since you can make it a face wash or a mask. benzoyl peroxide is designed to dry out oily skin. at night, try one that has salicylic acid in the shower. you can also buy these little blue papers that soak up oil during the day. from clean and clear i think.
i have really oily skin but this regime had made a lot of difference to me:

1. Cleanse (with a non acne soap), tone and moisturise daily. even if ur skin is oily ur face does need moisture. i use aloe gel as it hydrates without being oily

2. steam and scrub once a week

3. apply a face mask of fuller's earth, tomato pulp and a dash of lemon juice once a week. fuller's earth sucks out the oil from ur glands, tomato has natural astringent like properties and lemon adds a glow to ur face without the shine. allow the mask to dry off nad wash off after 20-25 min.

4. during the day i keep spraying my face with natural water.

5. i use face blotting papers to blot out extra oils and shine and work. they are very effective and let ur make up to stay put as well.

try out the above and u shall definitely notice a difference in ur skin too.

all the best!
