It is highly likely that your oily skin is a result of your unhealthy diet. The only way to give it up is to eat it in moderation and gradually eliminate it if necessary. Going on a diet is mostly about common sense... you should know what you should and should not eat. Judging from the fact that you've pin pointed fast food as a primary cause of your oily skin, you seem to have enough common sense to follow through with a diet.

Basically, avoid anything you know is BAD for your skin. Below is a suggested diet plan for a full detox. I'd recommend using this as a guideline after having cut down on your junk food intake.

Level I 鈥?Least strict. Eliminate the following...

鈥?Alcohol

鈥?Packaged and processed foods (good rule of thumb: if it has more than three ingredients on the label, don鈥檛 buy it!)

鈥?Caffeine

鈥?Chocolate and cocoa

鈥?Condiments: ketchup, relish, chutney, barbecue sauce, teriyaki and soy sauce

鈥?Fats: shortening, margarine, processed oils

鈥?Grains: wheat, spelt, barley, kamut, rye, triticale, corn

鈥?Juices that are not fresh or raw

鈥?Peanuts

鈥?Processed meats: canned meats, cold cuts, bacon, sausage

鈥?Pork

鈥?Salt, in excess

鈥?Shellfish

鈥?Soy and soybean products: tofu, tempeh, soy sauce, etc.

鈥?Soft drinks

鈥?Sweeteners: refined sugar/white sugar (sucrose), brown sugar, raw sugar, evaporated cane juice, fructose, high-fructose corn syrup, honey, maple syrup, barley malt

Level II 鈥?All of the above, plus...

鈥?Beef and veal

鈥?Dairy, including butter

鈥?Mayonnaise and mayonnaise-like spreads

鈥?Nightshade vegetables: tomatoes, eggplant, peppers

鈥?Nuts and seeds

鈥?Salad dressings

Level III 鈥?All of the above, plus...

鈥?Citrus fruits (except lemon, if it agrees with you)

鈥?Egg yolks

鈥?High glycemic-index fruits: bananas, dates, figs, grapes, pineapple, raisins, watermelon

鈥?Vinegars

鈥?Mustards

All the best,

Your diet absolutely affects how your skin looks! You've got to stop the junk food (a least minimize it) and instead, eat fresh fruit and vegetables. Drink lots of water (6-8 8 oz. glasses). If you do not have one already, begin a good skin care regimen - one that includes a deep cleansing masque. Your skin should return to it's normal state in no time.
To reverse your eating habit is the key. Eat more vegetable, fruits. Cut out all burger, fried chicken, spicy food, butter, animal fat, red meat, and soda completely. Eating more steamed, lite sauteed food, and salmon. Dry skin patient needs Vitamin A, E. There is a saying: ';Garbage in, Garbage out';. Try to get ride of the poison in your body, and reduce the intake of the poison will reverse your problems.

Your problems are - Olly, and dry skins. Do the way I suggested will improve your health!

Prevention for acne Drink lots of water to prevent major skin problems. Avoid eating chocolate, fried food, and refined sugar. Keep your skin always clean by washing with very mild soaps and lukewarm water. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables.Eating a natural diet consisting of minimum processed foods will serve as a defence against acne.Take B-complex and zinc supplements daily to strengthen the skin's resistance to acne.
It could very well be. You should also stop eating all that fast food for lots of other reasons, but if the oily skin is whats bothering you, it's as good a reason as any to stop.

It could also be strange hormone levels
