....you can't have dry and oily skin in the same place at the same time....for faces you should try biore. try oil of olay moisturising body wash.
AVEENO. this stuff is the best! I too have oily skin and this works great for me and it's not expensive.
Kinda depends whether we are talking on your face or on your body.....I'm not sure about face, but for body, Aveeno and Cocoa Butter works best
