When a product says ';fat free';, does that mean it contains no grease in it? because i dont want oily skin. thx?

All the research done about the fat free diet fads out there is that it doesn't work. It doesn't reduce your calorie intake - but you are fooled into thinking this - but calorie intake reduction and increased exercise is what helps you lose weight. Also, oily foods do not cause oily skin. I think garlic might make your skin oily, however, but that's just my opinion and it doesn't last forever and is usually a healthy oil. It is a genetic issue you inherited if you do have a problem with that. You can use over the counter washes and toners for that. Obviously oily foods - too much of the wrong kind of oil, that is - like fried meat foods and lots of oily meaty pizza - and not enough vegetables and other good things - can cause heart disease, obesity, other diseases, etc. very quickly.
