im currently trying Dan's regimen... read it here:

anyway, i started using a cleanser for sensitive skin, but i dont feel like it really cleanses my skin... it's still oily even after i wash it... so what i do, i wash it again 3x after rinsing to get it really clean (one cleansing in the morning, one before sleeping)... should i switch back to my regular (not-so-mild) soap?I have oily skin, but i use celeteque cleanser for sensitive skin?
Actually too much cleaning can dry up your skin and clog your pores causing infection to clear up unless you put moistureizer on it to get rid of the dead skin cells, but even with that you still have oily skin...i know where youre coming from i have the same problem but acne and oily skin is not caused by not washing your face and dirt build up...its actually caused by toxins in your body and regardless of what everyone says, YES it is caused by what you eat and drink. Try to avoid sodas and foods with lots of sugar. And drink lots of water, water helps to clear the skin of oil and ance, getting rid of the toxins your body tries to recycle. You should wash your face with a soap free foaming cleasner twice a day and use a non oily moisturizer afterwards to clear away the dead skin cells. There is a remedy i tried and cleared my face of oil and acne in 3 days but it does require a few sacrifices. if you would like me to tell you more about this email me at kmprats@uh.eduI have oily skin, but i use celeteque cleanser for sensitive skin?
Try natural face wash:

there are many products on the market. I've had a few friends who have used the marykay timewise 3 in 1 cleanser for combination to oily formula and the corresponding moisurizer with success. check out the website www.marykay.ca/wnelitz. hope this helps
